Product Description

The Magneson ProLac heating circuit filter has seven unique features.

The first feature of this filter is its ability to guide the flow of circulating water in the heating circuit around the magnet axis. This is due to the presence of a helical magnetic mechanism, which ensures complete absorption of water scale produced during the oxidation process and metallic particles in the heating circuit water. This leads to the non-vulnerability and breakdown of package components, including the circulation pump, heat exchanger, coil, and sensors, as well as preventing the clogging and accumulation of water scale in the radiators and return pipes.

 

The second feature of this filter lies in the installation and waterproofing of filter components at the inlet and outlet, as well as internal parts of the filter, due to its Push-Fit technology. This technology provides the advantage of much easier waterproofing and installation by technicians.

 

The third feature of this filter is its easy separability property of the magnetic casing from the outside of the filter. Without the need to open the internal components of the filter, it allows for the discharge of oxidized salts and metal particles absorbed in the filter, facilitating maintenance and cleaning.

 

The fourth feature of this filter is the presence of a brass discharge valve at the end for easier and quicker periodic servicing.

The fifth feature of this filter is its brass input and output connections, ensuring strength during installation and ease of water sealing.

The sixth feature of this filter is the presence of a 90-degree elbow for a push-fit connection, which, due to its hexagonal or six-sided design at the end, can rotate at different angles in two directions for easier installation, preventing hose twisting for the technician.

The seventh feature of this filter is its unique three-way valve, which allows for easy servicing of the filter without the need to cut off the heating circuit. This means the filter can be serviced easily during maintenance and cleaning without the need for draining or cutting off the package heating circuit by a specialist or the user.
