What is Heating Circuit Filter?

The heating system, which occurs through the circulation of water by the package pump inside the radiators and in a closed system, has caused the heat transfer to the surrounding environment, which is constantly repeating this cycle. The use of metal radiators, especially panel radiators, due to the addition of metals and water rust to the flow inside the circuit, causes a disruption in the maximum performance of the internal parts of the wall heating package and reduces their life to a significant extent.

This is where the installation of the heating circuit filter, due to its strong and continuous magnetic effect, absorbs all suspended metal particles in the closed radiator system and prevents them from circulating again.

This increases the efficiency of the system and the longer life of internal parts of wall heating package.

Necessity of using Heating Circuit Filter

In the following conditions, which are a sign of the presence of magnetite in the system, the magnetic filter of heating circuit can be used so that the system does not suffer from similar problems in the future:

1- Improper heating of radiators, especially on the bottom part of radiators

Method of using Heating Circuit Filter

Maintenance method:

To clean the filter from absorbed magnets, close the return valve of the filter and then open the drain cap to drain the water inside the filter.

After opening the filter valve, the filter can be washed easily by removing the sleeve, thanks to the magnet sleeve.

Normally, the filter needs to be visited and washed once a year.
