Plus water softener filters are the only filters that are resistant to freezing and can be installed in -20 celesius degrees. they are resistant to any static pressure with a working pressure of 18 bar and an explosive pressure of 35 bar.

Due to the use of anti-UV materials, it is resistant to sunlight, and due to the light-proof housing, it has made it impossible to close algae.
O-rings of Plus filters have a unique design and are made of silicone, which guarantees sealing and prevention of water leakage.

The housing of these filters has a 5-year unconditional warranty and can be installed in any type of variable climate and variable inlet water pressures.

There are 2 important principles in polyphosphate water softener filters that follow these principles to produce a quality product:

1. Housing type

In polyphosphate water softener filters with transparent housing, different materials are usually used, such as: crystal, SAN material, AS material, polycarbonate and PET, which increase the quality and resistance of these materials in the order mentioned.

The most resistant type of transparent housings and water softener filters are made of PET material, which has a higher working pressure and are more durable than similar types. but against shocks caused by pressurized pumps and extreme changes in urban pressure and exposure.

filters lose their resistance when exposed to very low temperature and UV rays of the sun. Due to the fragility of the molecular bond against these conditions and sometimes after breaking the housing, consumer suffers a lot of damage.

 

2. The type of polyphosphate crystal

The type of hexamethasone sodium salt is very effective in the quality of output hardness. There is a factor in polyphosphate stones called resistance number.
The resistance (resistance to dissolution) of the stones should be at a level that does not cause problems in the package. That is, if a stone with low resistance is used, it will cause the package to become lumpy and cause problems, or the stone will dissolve too much in water. On the other hand, stones are also used that do not have a favorable effect on water hardness due to the high resistance of crystals to dissolution.
The stones must also have a proportional size, which means that the contact surface of the stones must be large enough to create a favorable effect during the passage of water.
The use of spherical stones is not suitable for 5-inch polyphosphates because the contact surface of the stones with the passing water is much less than crushed stones, and unfortunately, the hardness removal percentage is also reduced by the same amount.
