Product Description

Pakab Faraz Sanat Hazare company, the inventor of Filberto polyphosphate plus filters, has solved all the problems in normal filters in the market.

Filberto hardening filters are the only filters that are resistant to freezing and can be installed in 20 degrees below zero and resistant to any static pressure with a working pressure of 18 bar and an explosive pressure of 35 bar.
Due to the use of anti-ultraviolet materials, it is resistant to sunlight, and due to its anti-light chamber, it has made it impossible to close the algae.
O-rings of Plus filters have a unique design and are made of silicone, which guarantees sealing and prevents water leakage.

In polyphosphate hardness filters, there are 2 important principles that follow these principles to produce a quality product:

1. Housing type

Polyphosphate hardness filters with transparent housing usually use different materials such as: crystal, SAN material, AS material, polycarbonate, PET, which increases the quality and resistance of these materials in the order mentioned.
The most resistant types of casings and transparent hardeners are made of PET materials, which have a higher working pressure and are more durable than similar types, but against shocks from pressurized pumps and shocks from extreme pressure changes and urban radiation. They lose their resistance when exposed to very low temperatures and UV rays from the sun. Due to the fragility of the molecular bond against these conditions and sometimes after breaking the container, a lot of damage is done to the consumer.

 

2. The type of polyphosphate crystal

The type of hexamethasone sodium salt is very effective in the quality of output hardness. In polyphosphate stones, there is a factor called resistance number.
The resistance (dissolution resistance) of the stones should be such that it does not cause problems in the filter performance. That is, if a stone with low resistance is used, it will cause the stone to become paste or it will dissolve too much in water. On the other hand, if the stones used have high resistance, they do not have a favorable effect on reducing water hardness.
The stones should also have a proportional size, which means that the contact surface of the stones should be large enough to create a favorable effect when the water passes. If the size of the polyphosphate stones is too large, the hardness removal percentage will decrease by the same amount.
